The total investment in the environmental protection facilities of Lecron Chemical is nearly RMB 50 million, including a full set of industrial “three wastes” treatment facilities, such as sewage treatment system, tail gas treatment system, solid waste incineration system and high salt wastewater evaporation system. The wastewater treatment system adopts scientific and advanced technology and standard, the daily treatment capacity can reach 250T/D,CODcr20000mg/L high concentration wastewater and 205T/D,CODcr5000-8000mg/L (30D/D high ammonia nitrogen) low concentration wastewater, and reach the standard of environmental protection requirements, its facilities, sewage treatment capacity and level in the region in a leading position. The plant includes iron carbon bed, ultrasonic ammonia and nitrogen removal, biodegradation, sludge separation and drying system, sludge and solid waste incineration system, high salt evaporation system, etc. It can meet the treatment requirements of all types of wastewater in the plant and can ultimately achieve standard discharge.
