The company has a fully equipped intermittent production plant for the production of N,N-dimethylcyclohexylamine (DMCHA), with a capacity of 5000 tons/year.
N,N-Dimethylcyclohexylamine (DMCHA) is a low viscosity, moderately active amine catalyst, usually in the form of a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid, which is mainly used as a catalyst for rigid polyurethane foam, as a stabilizer for fuel oil, as a stabilizing additive for petroleum fractions at 150-480°C, as a rubber accelerator and as an intermediate for synthetic fibers. As a polyurethane catalyst, N,N-dimethylcyclohexylamine can provide a more balanced catalytic effect on the foaming and gelation reactions of polyurethane rigid foam.
